A great example of hybrid vigor!

The purebred Hereford in the picture above is a year old and the black baldy calk standing next to it is its half sibling born this spring. Hybrid vigor is such an amazing part of genetics.

 Last spring we gave my Dad a registered Angus bull to breed to his Hereford cows and the following pictures are the results.
